TreeTalks w/ TreeKings

Trees are arguably the most important living thing.

They provide oxygen for us to breathe and act as a carbon sink during the photosynthetic process. They provide shelter and food for wildlife. Architects and engineers are very often influenced by trees and they play important roles in civic planning. Trees are also incredibly important to many different industrial and commercial industries.

Because of the significance trees have on so many aspects of our life, extensive research has been done to date. Trees have been mapped and studied down to a cellular level to determine essential mechanisms, anatomy and interactions that make a tree a tree. We understand that trees are critical to biodiversity and soil composition. We know that trees tell a story and reveal history through their yearly rings. Discoveries have proven that trees will play a significant role in the fight against climate change. Despite all this research, much of the general public, including home owners and business owners, seem to lack an understanding of how trees function and how to promote healthy trees.

Here at TreeKings, our lives revolve around trees. We are dedicated to staying up to date on all things trees, and plan to share our knowledge for the good of the trees. We would like to introduce TreeTalks with TreeKings, a monthly blog starting Spring of 2024. Each month, in conjunction with our weekly social media TreeTip Tuesdays, TreeKings will discuss different topics related to the industry of arboriculture and trees. Subscription to our email list will be released in time. Stay tuned for dates and more on TreeTalks with TreeKings!
