Our experience with Tree Kings was extraordinary. From start to finish the team was professional! We had a dangerous tree removed with the utmost of care. We were blown away with their patients, hard work and ensuring everything was cleaned up and the wood was cut and placed where we had requested. Our biggest concern in removing a very large tree was that surrounding trees would be damaged. Austin came right on time to assess the situation. He guaranteed that not a single branch from any surrounding tree would be touched. The crew arrived on time and removed the tree and not a single branch of any surrounding tree was touched! We had half a large pine tree come down during a recent storm, leaving the larger part still standing and becoming dangerous. They arrived within a few days to take care of our situation. They were extremely friendly and provided a solid plan for their work and completed it extremely efficient and professional. And when they completed the cleanup you would never believe they were actually there. An incredible team job and we would highly recommend for any work required.

I had a large oak that was dying and need to be removed. I got a couple of quotes. Tree King’s quote was by far the lowest. They were able to provide proof of insurance and WSIB coverage and they scheduled the work quickly. Bad weather delayed the work once but they proactively contacted me to let me know what was going on and got the job done as soon as the weather was better. Despite the brief delay I was thrilled that the job was done essentially on time. The tree came down safely and the cleanup was excellent. Very professional. All my interactions with Holly over email were a pleasure. She responded quickly, was helpful and made sure I got whatever I needed. I appreciated them sending me a picture of the finished work as I wasn’t there at the time. TreeKings did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

I saw TreeKings removing damaged trees at a neighbours across the street and was truly amazed and impressed at their new high end heavy equipment and how quickly and efficiently the job was completed. I had an uprooted wild cherry tree that was knocked over in a wind storm and was in dire need of a tree removal service. After witnessing TreeKings doing a neighbours tree removal, without question, TreeKings was for me! From the initial phone call with Holly, to the free in-person estimate, to the e-mail confirmation, to the actual job. TreeKings is the epitome of professionalism, efficiency, communication and quality of work performed, top notch!!! Workers were courteous, respectful of property, always smiling and showed up promptly on the job with all tools necessary that the job required. TreeKings with a crew of 4 removed, mulched and cut up 5 large trees in one day. 2 of the trees were very tall and in poor health. Using their high tech cherrypicker they skillfully removed the upper branches and lowered them to the ground safely. A hard working crew that demonstrated skill, camaraderie and dedication in doing good work. Our lot looks cleaner after they have been here than before they arrived.

From the initial meeting and site review with Austin and Holly, through the quote and communications all was extremely professional. When it came time to do the job the crew led by Austin was very efficient and thorough. They accommodated my request to select parts of logs for woodworking and loading into a trailer. Watching them work you could easily see how experienced and team focused they were with safety being a prime concern. I am very happy with my choice of TreeKings. Special shoutout to Emma. She was amazing to watch high up in an oak tree, limbing and bucking it all the way down to the ground. Site cleanup was great too.
